With 17 years of experience in early childhood education and 7 years in leadership, my management philosophy is shaped by a deep understanding of children, families, educators, and the dynamics of a thriving childcare environment.
Miss Montana
I have 5 years experience in the childcare industry and have always loved playing with younger children and baby dolls from a young age. I now have one baby boy and love watching him grow and develop each and every day!
Miss Rosa
I’m someone who enjoys collaborating and learning from others. I love finding efficient ways to solve problems and help the team succeed. I enjoy taking on new challenges, especially ones that let me grow skills or try new approaches.
